Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Job Specialty: House Supervisor

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Guaranteed Hours: Yes, up to 48 hours. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.

Experience: House Supervisor or RN Manager experience

License: Valid State License required at time of submission

Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS

Must-Have: COVID vaccine required, no exemptions. Flu vaccine required - Medical Exemptions Only.

Job Description:

- Manage and oversee the nursing staff during night shifts.
- Ensure that patient care and administrative operations run smoothly.
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Implement hospital policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care.
- Manage any emergencies and operational issues that arise during the shift.
- Collaborate with hospital management to work on staffing and operational needs.
- Adhere to the professional and ethical standards of the facility while providing patient care.
- Participate in self-scheduling and ensure coverage for every other weekend as required.
- Chart patient care activities and updates in EPIC.

- Scrub Color: Any solid color, no prints. Specific attire for OR/L&D and Dietician roles.
- Charting: EPIC system used for charting patient information.
