Number of Staff - 5 PTs, 2 OTs, 1 COTA, 1 SLP
Type of staff:
o Day Shift -Day shift 8-5 rotate weekends
o Night Shift -
Patient Ratios - Mostly outpt with help in acute from time to time. Pts are every 45 minutes in outpt so 10 pts a day.
Type of equipment - nustep, recumbent bike, treadmill, shuttle, etc
EMR - redoc and meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Outpt and acute physical therapy

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Able to see some pediatrics from time to time

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Eval and treat outpt PT patients
Eval and treat acute PT pts
Best personality Fit:

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
PT license, CPR

Scrub Color/Attire - Olive green tops and black bottoms

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)
6 therapist rotate the weekends Saturday and Sunday 8am-12pm
