Warehouse Custodian Overview: · Pay rate: $18 to $21 an hour · Shift: 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday) · Weekly pay Job Description: The Custodial Technician is responsible for supporting area supervisors and equipment operators by maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive facility that meets food-grade guidelines. This role requires planning, sound judgment, and strong communication skills to achieve company sanitation program compliance. Attention to detail, follow-through, and pride in workmanship are essential attributes for success in this position. Responsibilities: · Support area supervisors and equipment operators by maintaining cleanliness and organization. · Ensure the facility meets food-grade guidelines. · Plan and execute tasks with sound judgment and strong communication skills. · Maintain adherence to company sanitation program compliance. · Pay attention to detail and follow through with assigned tasks. Required Skills: · Strong communication skills · Attention to detail Additional Skills & Qualifications: · Experience in cleaning and sanitation in a food-grade environment is a plus, but not required · Ability to lift up to 50lbs · Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, reach, twist, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time Why Work Here? Work Environment: The work environment is within a food manufacturing company that is temperature controlled and clean. The production floor is in one building, and the warehouse is in another building. Work hours are from 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for weekends and overtime as needed. Job Type & Location: This is a contract-to-hire position based out of Woodinville, Washington.
