Description This position will be mostly remote, caring for pediatric patients in Los Angeles and Orange counties. The Registered Nurse provides palliative care nursing support to children and families and works with an interdisciplinary team to plan, deliver, and coordinate services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their home environments. Required qualifications: Nursing, graduate of a nursing school. upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. 1 year Recent experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, acute care &/or skilled nursing.
