What you do:Operate as a strategic learning partner to business leaders on visible company priorities/projects. Responsible for learning and company initiative related project work using project management skills while also applying design and facilitation standards and industry learning theory. Responsible for the design, development, delivery and curation of a variety of learning solutions while applying adult learning principles. Assess learning content to ensure agreement on our priorities and learning goals, and is learner-centric. Formally on-boards, mentors, coaches and trains others on the team. Uphold quality standards by reviewing materials, conducting classroom observations and providing feedback to individuals and management. You will report to the Learning Development Director.
• Design, develop and curate learner-centric programs using multiple media and blended approaches (e.g. e-learning, job aids, instructor led (in-person and virtually), self-study and video). Prepare, facilitate and produce a learning experience to learners that also includes assessment and measurement methods to evaluate programs and complete end-to-end project management.
• Strategic partner with the business, serving as a liaison for projects and being the project manager for medium to larger sized projects. Communicate to the leadership team and partners the recommended learning solutions with business learning outcomes to show the business impact to the department/company.
• Encompass learning logistics of courses (classroom or virtually) with the support in the LMS and other learning platforms (e.g. AZU powered by Degreed).
• Responsible for leading other projects, committees and projects, along with educating the team on coaching, mentoring and evaluating others. Review learning materials for accuracy and appropriate content, and conduct classroom observations.

What you bring:
• 6+ years of experience in a formal learning environment
• Two year degree required or equivalent work experience
• Experience including professional skills and leadership development, needs analysis, learning evaluation/measurement, and virtual/online learning solution design, development and facilitation
• Strong background in Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE and Agile development methodologies, learning strategies, tools, technology, and latest trends
• Proficiency using Authoring Tools; office software (PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat); and/or video/audio production and editing software
