Site Supervisor - Residential Construction - Base Salary to 75k/year - Denver, CO

  • The Site Supervisor is responsible for the successful onsite operations of 2-4 residential construction sites, encompassing high-end custom residential projects including new constructions and large-scale remodels. These projects are executed for homeowners, demanding meticulous attention to detail and superior relationship management with subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, engineers, and other team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review and understand all project documentation, including architectural, structural, and interior design plans.
  • Oversee subcontractor adherence to TMD's Statement of Work.
  • Communicate approved changes to all relevant parties.
  • Verify owner approval for project selections.
  • Understand the technical details of each selection.
  • Anticipate potential issues and communicate proactively.
  • Offer innovative solutions and collaborate with the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate schedules and deliveries with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Verify accuracy and condition of deliveries.
  • Oversee site layout for various installations.
  • Communicating changes promptly and appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in high-end residential construction supervision.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and digital communication tools.

Compensation:

  • Base salary to 75k/year.
