Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill its 2nd and 3rd shift Maintenance role in Cartersville, GA.
Shift:
Schedule:
Level 3 Maintenance 3:30pm - 12am Mon-Fri OT on Sat $26 - $28 - Cartersville
Level 1 Maintenance - 10:30pm - 7am Mon-Fri OT on Sat $23.50 Cartersville
Level 2/3 Maintenance 10:30pm - 7:am Mon-Fri OT on Sat $26 - $28 - Cartersville
Pay:
$23.50-28/hr based on experience. Will confirm when being hired.
Weekly pay
A. High School Diploma or GED required.
B. Minimum of three years in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
C. Ability to bend and capable of lifting 50 pounds.
D. General
Demonstrate maintenance skills for basic motors controls.
Demonstrate knowledge of the following equipment, (this includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, set up, start up and adjustments):
a. Rotary fillers
b. Inline fillers
c. Rotary capers
d. Inline cappers
e. Labelers
f. Print and apply box labelers
g. Videojet Systems
h. Printers, (includes case and bottles)
i. ape sealers
j. Bottle erectors
k. Case erectors
l. Rebuild diaphragm pumps
m. General facility maintenance repairs
E. Training Certifications:
1. SDS
2. Forklift training
3. Boom lift training
4. Scissors lift training
5. Compressed gas
6. LOTO authorized users
7. Fall protection/ladder safety
8. Flammable combustible liquids
9. Respirator training
10. Incident reporting
11. Universal waste
12. Fire prevention
13. Hot work permit
14. Line Break Procedure
F. Demonstrative ability on Completing the following Preventive Maintenance Work orders.
1. Emergency exits 7. Emergency lighting
2. Fillers, (listed above). 8. Labelers
3. Videojet Systems 9. Printers
4. Tape sealers 10. Bottle erectors
5. Case erectors 11. Conveyors
6. Tensioning of belts and chains
G. Minimum Number of years as Maintenance Technician - 2 Years.
