$3,000 sign-on bonus based upon eligibility for LCSW (non-MGB)

$7,000 sign-on bonus based upon eligibility for LICSW (non-MGB)

We are seeking a clinical social worker for an inpatient medical/surgical assignment to offer clinical social work services as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have an interest in the acute care setting working with patients and families presenting with a wide variety of medical and psychosocial challenges and experience with crisis intervention, short-term counseling, loss and bereavement, substance use disorder, trauma, abuse and neglect. Excellent clinical, communication, documentation and collaboration skills are a necessity.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.
  • Require current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or must obtain MA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within 4 months of hire date.
  • Acute care hospital experience preferred.
