Electrical Engineer

Position Overview: LynTec is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This role will focus on the design, development, and enhancement of electrical power control systems, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of technology and meet the highest industry standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Electrical Design and Development:
- In collaboration with the LynTec Product Development team participate on the design and development of electrical power control systems and components.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, circuit designs, and PCB layouts.
- Prototype, test, and validate electrical systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Product Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to improve existing electrical products and systems.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement design improvements to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing and product management, to ensure successful product launches.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all electrical products comply with relevant industry standards, certifications, and safety regulations.
- Prepare technical documentation and support certification processes.
- Innovation and R&D:
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in electrical engineering.
- Contribute to research and development initiatives to drive product innovation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in power control systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of circuit design, PCB layout, and power distribution systems.
- Experience with microcontrollers, PLCs, and embedded systems is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Developing advanced electrical power control systems for professional AV and lighting installations.
- Enhancing the performance and reliability of existing electrical products.
- Collaborating on R&D projects to integrate new technologies into LynTec's product line.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch climb or balance. The employee may be required to lift and move up to ten pounds unassisted and thirty pounds assisted. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment, but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from products being assembled and tested, printers and other peripherals, as well as bright light levels from lighting fixtures being operated for purposes of product development and testing.
