We have per diem shifts available now in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities - What You'll Do: As an LPN Admissions Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the admission process, utilizing your nursing expertise to assess, plan, and coordinate the transition of residents into our facility. Your compassionate care will ensure a smooth and comfortable entry for those in need of our services.
