Requirements, Preferences and Experience Experience Preferred: Hospital experience preferred. Minimum: No experience necessary, but must have completed accredited MLT program. Licensure, Registration, Certification Minimum: Temporary state licensure and/or national registration or certification in concordance with current federal and/or state regulations. Full required licensure must be obtained within six months of hire date. Special Skills Minimum: Basic computer literacy.
