Be a Kid's Favorite Part of the Day

Join a team families trust to create a safe, fun, and enriching space for kids (ages birth to seven) in our drop-in program. We're looking for enthusiastic, caring individuals to help teach kids our core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Hours available (La Crosse & Onalaska):

Monday - Sunday, 8am-12pm

Monday - Thursday 4-7pm

Primary Duties:

Spark curiosity and growth with hands-on, age-appropriate activities. Help kids develop early language and motor skills through creative play. Build meaningful connections with families and your team. Requirements Requirements A genuine love for working with young children. Confidence in handling first aid situations for little ones. Great communication skills for interacting with families, staff, and members. Benefits
