Our client is a renowned oncology clinic in Fife, WA, offering comprehensive services such as chemotherapy, naturopathic integrative oncology, targeted anti-cancer therapies, acupuncture, native healing, and immunotherapies.
The salary is $150-165k (negotiable). This is a full-time, on-site position offering health, dental, and vision benefits.

General Function: Provide quality patient care related to oncologic diagnosis, prescribed treatment, and other identified needs. Ensure safe and effective drug therapy for oncology patients through comprehensive pharmaceutical care. This role requires independent decision-making, clinical judgment, and extensive knowledge of oncology and therapeutics.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide drug and clinical information to healthcare professionals on evolving issues related to patient care.
  • Ensure drug storage and accountability comply with federal and state requirements.
  • Monitor drug refrigerators to maintain acceptable temperature ranges.
  • Serve as a resource to clinic staff for pharmacy issues and medication information.
  • Support the e-scripting needs of the clinic.
  • Oversee daily chemotherapy drug orders by pharmacy technicians, providing coverage as needed.
  • Manage the clinic and research pharmacy according to federal and state pharmacy laws.
  • Supervise and oversee Pharmacy Technicians.
  • Support drug ordering, inventory, and management processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD degree.
  • BCOP Certification (Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist) required.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a pharmacist in an oncology setting.
