Paint Color Mixer

As a Paint Color Mixer, you will be responsible for tinting and mixing paint to customer specifications. Your role will involve assisting wholesale and retail customers, ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date, and maintaining high quality and visual standards in the store. Achieving excellent customer service and meeting sales goals are key objectives of this position.

The selected individual will work at Store #3441, located at: 1281 Coffeen Ave., Sheridan, WY 82801. This is a part-time position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
