Position Summary:

The mission of the Site Coordinator is to recruit, train, equip, and provide leadership and program supervision for the Summer Camps program.

Key Result Areas:

  • Manage Program: Ensure program quality is maintained across all sites and MA standards for program elements are adhered to.
  • ** Recruit, Lead, and Manage Staff:** Ensure all site(s) staff positions are filled and individual goals for recruiting staff is met.
  • ** _Safety & Compliance: _**Ensure all safety measures are implemented and followed at the assigned site.
  • ** Partnerships and Community Engagement:** Build working relationships with school leadership or other appropriate community partners to ensure the success of the program at the assigned site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or experience equivalency
  • Ability to work with others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 6 months experience working in a licensed camp setting

Benefits:

Employees are also eligible to enroll in our 401k-match plan after 30 days of employment. Mentoring Alliance matches employee contributions up to 4%.

Employees receive 17 days of PTO in their first year and receive an additional 5 days on their 1-year anniversary and every 5 years after that. PTO days in your first year of employment may be prorated based on which month you begin.

We value talented employees and we want them on staff for a long time. After 5 years of service, MA gives full-time employees 30 consecutive days off along with a stipend to reflect, get some development, and be spiritually rejuvenated to continue in ministry.

Do you have school-aged children? We've got you covered. Mentoring Alliance allows all employees to enroll their children in our After School and Summer Camps programs at no cost.
