Your Role

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) within the Victoria's Secret Corporate FP&A team plays a pivotal role in analyzing data and providing financial insight. Responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes, the SFA collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate projections, expense optimization, and influence decision-making. This role is expected to perform complex ad hoc analysis on a regular basis, assist in special projects, support the development of presentation materials for executive leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strong analytical skills, financial acumen, strategic thinking, a proactive approach to process enhancement, and the ability to foster cross-functional partnerships to drive business success.

Your Impact

  • Lead the seasonal budget process by coordinating across multiple areas of finance to help establish appropriate target financials
  • Facilitate monthly projection process including preparing and presenting financial reports and presentations for senior leadership including the CFO
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to compile support for the quarterly earnings process
  • Support capital projects process helping to influence future investment opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization while seeking to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to address business needs.

Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving results and process improvements.
