The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy and hold current state licensure.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations as per MD orders
  • Document findings accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create and implement treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with all guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA
  • Designated OTR recognized by NBCOT if state mandated
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state

Pay Range: USD $50.00 - USD $55.00 per hour
