Marathon Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our employer sponsored health and wellness centers in Norridgewock, Norway, Rumford and Skowhegan, Maine.

You'll treat adults in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm - all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Nurse Practitioner at Marathon Health, you'll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.

In addition to patient-care responsibilities, you'll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center's staff.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care/family practice setting
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
  • Current and unrestricted state licensure
