Your role as a Hospice RN

As an RN in our Hospice Spectrum at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you will be responsible for providing compassionate end-of-life care to residents. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing and monitoring patients, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents. You will also be responsible for documenting patient care and communicating effectively with families and caregivers. This position requires a caring and empathetic approach to patient care, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide the highest level of care to our residents in their time of need.
Are you the RN Hospice we're looking for?

To excel in the RN Hospice role at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, candidates must possess a valid MA RN License and demonstrate strong clinical skills in end-of-life care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and other healthcare software tools is essential for documenting patient care accurately and efficiently. Additionally, candidates should exhibit empathy, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
