What You'll Do:
  • Patient Care Excellence: Room patients, take manual vitals, operate automated BP machines, and input data into the HER
  • Clinical Mastery: Perform IVs, urinary catheters, ear lavage, EKGs, sterile setup, injections, immunizations, point-of-care testing, swabbing, and phlebotomy.
  • Team Collaboration: work independently and with a team, assisting with the in-basket for prescription requests, and ensure seamless communication with patients, peers, and other departments.
  • Critical Thinking: Utilize resources, follow protocols, and manage your time efficiently to prioritize tasks and deliver exceptional care.
  • Safety First: Wear a mask all day, including an N95 when necessary, to ensure the health and safety of everyone
Perks:
  • Wage: Hiring range is between $26.65-$34.90/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.
  • Differentials: earn an extra $2.00/hour with the Evening differential and an extra $2.50/hour with the Saturday & Sunday differential.
  • Schedule at Camas, End of Week: Wednesday (6 hours), Thursday (12 hours), Friday (12 hours), and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 10 hours)
Requirements:
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • Active unencumbered Washington LPN license and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
  • Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required.
  • Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
  • Must have reliable and predictable attendance.


Pay Range:
$26.15 - $36.61

We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
