We are seeking a seasoned Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex insurance defense cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general liability matters. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and colleagues to deliver superior legal services.

**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in the state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Proven track record of handling cases independently and achieving successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
