Execution Strategy Team Lead - Market Maker ~$2M

A top-tier global market maker based in Chicago is looking to hire into their low latency execution team. They're seeking an execution expert to formulate simple, cohesive, and practical solutions to enhance execution latency for their market-making strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with trading and technology teams to develop first-class execution for market-making strategies.
  • Navigate and drive alignment on software versus hardware solutions.
  • Foster collaboration across teams including operations, option pricing, exchange access, inventory and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in low-latency market-making execution strategies
  • Options/Derivatives experience (~8 years)
  • Buy-side experience preferred
  • B.S. in STEM subject from a top-tier university (or related Engineering field)
