Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning equipment according to CIP Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and performing plant cleaning tasks as outlined in the Master Sanitation Schedule. You will maintain general housekeeping throughout the plant, and disassemble and reassemble filters, screens, and other processing equipment. Handling and using chemicals, including acids, chlorines, caustics, and quats, will be a key part of your role, along with testing and recording chemical concentrations. You will also conduct visual equipment inspections, perform allergen analysis, and carry out clean equipment swabbing. Adhering to all safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties as needed, which could include overtime and weekend work.

Requirements:

  • Previous related experience is required
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
