This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical acumen, and a collaborative approach to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee multiple IBM mainframe projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project deliverables and timelines. Monitor project performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, providing direction and motivation to team members. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success and satisfaction. Implement best practices in project management, continuously improving processes and methodologies. Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
