Proper Storage Systems is a manufacturer in Seguin, Texas. We build Custom Industrial Storage Racks and serve a wide customer base across several industries. Our company has been family owned and operated since 1983. We are seeking a full-time Painter/Assembler who is a hardworking professional, willing to be a part of a team, help others, and shows up to work every day. The ideal candidate is someone looking for a long-term position within a company that provides a secure and rewarding job employment experience. You must be willing to learn and grow with how we do things in our shop.

This position is open to immediately fill and hourly rate is based on experience ($15 to $20 per hour).

Requirements:

- Must have painting experience

- Familiar with paint pot, spray gun, compressed air, and oil-based finishes

- Must be a team player willing to help others when necessary

- Mechanically inclined

- Ability to read a tape measure

- Ability to operate a pneumatic nail gun

- Heavy lifting required

- Operate a forklift

- Take pride in your work

Responsibilities:

- Prep steel for painting (Includes shelves, racks, and all related parts)

- Paint all shelves, racks, and related parts

- Assemble and finish final product before shipping

- Build wooden pallets between paint jobs

- Maintain clean and organized work area

Experience:
