Responsibilities include performing structural and performance studies, analyzing materials for compatibility and performance, generating and maintaining bill of materials, developing product designs, maintaining design documentation, and supporting research and development activities. Collaborating cross-functionally with applications/sales and manufacturing teams. The typical work week is 40 hours with a strong emphasis on work/life balance.
