We are looking to add an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team where your perspective and thoughts can help build our practice to be better. If you've ever wanted to specialize in something PT related - we are open to helping you build and grow that program. It would be YOUR program.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Focus you would be responsible for the following:

  • Provide patient care that is ethical in accordance with the Physical Therapy Rules of the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and in accordance with the applicable state and federal laws.
  • Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the patient and the clinic.
  • Provides ongoing education and instruction through a home program given to patients.
  • Use special instruments and qualitative assessment methods.
  • Keep accurate and timely patient records.
  • Ensure that patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for physical therapy and remain committed to the treatment plan that you suggest.
  • Provide support to the marketing team to grow the practice.
  • Participate in Marketing events and workshops as assigned
  • Prepare and sanitize therapy areas.
  • Attend daily, weekly, monthly meetings as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
