Job Overview

This is a Patient Service Specialist position located in Dickson, Tennessee.

We are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our outpatient physical therapy center.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a front desk or customer service role and be able to manage both the patient and business sides of our center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register patients, providing information about their visit and appointment schedule.
  • Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, attorney offices, and other external parties.
  • Collect co-pays from patients and manage insurance authorizations and verifications.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of front desk or customer service experience.
