Description

Job Summary: This position is for an Information and Technology assistant. The responsibilities of this person would be to assist in any task assigned involving information technology. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn the current IT landscape and assist in facilitating industry best practices.
  • Control an IT infrastructure diagram.
  • Work with marketing to update and monitor the company websites. WordPress experience is a plus.
  • Work with our current 3D rendering company to assist in visual assets for our current configuration product.
  • Monitor and control every device that hits the company network via IP.
  • Work with the current IT team to cross train in all areas of IT.
  • Learn the company's internet operations and assist where needed.
  • Communicate IT issues to vendors as needed.
  • Assist in AT Dealer development as required.
  • Work with the IT team on Epicor and Configurator development projects.
  • Work with the IT team to learn BAQ and dashboard modification and creation.
  • Be a resource for the company to utilize when IT issues arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or IS required OR 6+ years proven experience in IT role.
  • Experience with any ERP system. Experience using system but also assisting in the development, growth and implementation of ERP systems. (Epicor Preferred).
  • Experience with coding languages and platforms preferred (C#, Node, Next JS, React, and SQL).
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, and software applications.
  • Excellent Attendance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • The person needs to have a trouble shooting mind. Root cause analysis will drive a lot of objectives.
  • Great attention to detail to include identifying problems and coming up with dynamic solutions.
  • Must be able to handle deadlines and drive projects without being micro-managed.
  • Positive attitude for learning. The tasks for this position can change every day and the person must love the variability that each day can bring. Adaptability will be essential for success in this role.
Physical Requirements and Environment:
  • Must be physically capable of safely lifting a minimum of 25 lbs. without assistance.
  • Involves standing, squatting, bending, twisting, and sitting for long periods as required.
  • Involves prolonged use of computer keyboard and monitor.
