What You Will Do

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer position improves the quality of software releases through automation processes and tools improvements. This is an opportunity to work with software developers, technical support staff, and customers to create customized testing methodologies for our software tools. Some of the main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Executing both automated and manual test cases and recording results

  • Reviewing design documents to check new features and design quality

  • Writing test plans and test cases

  • Working closely with software developers and software quality analysts to resolve issues

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or another relevant field

  • Ability to read and understand code used in typical automation frameworks

  • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and writing and optimizing SQL queries

  • Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication as well as established team working skills
