Join Our Team as a Patient Coordinator in Asheville, NC

H2 Health is seeking a compassionate Patient Coordinator to work full-time at our Physio Physical Therapy and Wellness outpatient clinic in Asheville, NC. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about helping others, committed to providing exceptional customer service and looking to grow within our family.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and the face of our clinic. You'll coordinate appointments, update patients' information, and ensure patient satisfaction while delivering excellent customer service. Your dedication and outstanding communication skills will ensure our patients have a positive experience.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in healthcare is preferred
    • Previous experience with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong computer literacy in relevant software programs
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Problem-solving and task-prioritization skills
