Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and drive growth.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations that meet client needs.
  • Tackle and resolve complex customer issues with confidence and expertise.
  • Utilize your knowledge of our diverse insurance products to effectively recommend, explain, and sell policies to both warm and cold leads.
  • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and pinpoint customer needs to market the perfect products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster customer trust and loyalty.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging in sales conversations and helping clients find the right solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented and detail-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Licensing Requirement: Must possess or obtain a property and casualty insurance license prior to training start date

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
