Job Summary:

Lockton Dunning Benefits is currently seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to assist in the actuarial practice activities to provide quality services and financial acumen to clients and client teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism; possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to easily adapt to changing priorities.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze data provided by prospective clients to develop strategic insight

• Work with M&A consultants to compare benefits offerings across different organization

• Contribute to the development of the analytics suite used in prospecting and M&A opportunitie

• Develop and maintain data tracking and analysi

• Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met

• Ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors and additional Lockton office

• Participate in periodic status update meetings with Senior Management

• Participate in internal office meetings as required

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience, with an emphasis in math, statistics, or finance required.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience; 2-4 actuarial exams

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships with multiple client

• A working knowledge of welfare benefits with a basic understanding of risk and insurance concepts is preferred

• Excellent computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet expertise

• Excellent organizational and communication skill

• Legal right to work in the United State
