Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and directing the policies, programs, and initiatives used to monitor and measure the overall quality of IT services, systems, and software.
- Ensures that tracking systems capture useful operational metrics for use in reducing defects, improving service, and optimizing the implementation process.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years plus of managerial experience.
- Ability to manage bug/defect tracking, system testing, qa process.
- Familiar with Governance, Risk & Compliance Software.
- Ability to manage technical projects.
