Long Term Care Facility. Will beperforming assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification toMD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance,gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatment, wound vaccare, CPAP care and other assigned duties.

Shifts available: Varied Shifts- will be based on census and facility need.
