Hospital Employee . 1:5 Call Ratio. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Residency/Fellowship Stipend possible. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 401K. Join 5 GI physicians, and 5 APPs. Onsite Lab. This is a General GI position, but those that have advanced fellowship training are still encouraged to apply. With no state income tax in Texas, you will keep more of what you earn. A 1-2 year income guarantee will be offered, the most recent hire was off the guaranteed salary and fully booked with patients in just a little over 6 months. Once you are off the guarantee, there is a significant amount of $'s for taking call. With a service population of over 500,000 people, there is very little competition and literally only one other physician doing advanced procedures. Ownership in their outpatient surgery center is available after 1 year of practice. over $400K invested in new advanced GI equipment, including fully equipped dedicated GI surgical suites.
