Work Schedule: Open availability (days will be assigned upon hire), starting at 6:00 AM.

Salary: From $18+ per hour (based on experience) + Mileage Reimbursement.

Location: Reading East

Summary:

Our Product Restocking and Merchandising Associates work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves and maintain product availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Restock and organize product in-store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers using manual equipment (e.g. pallet jack, hand-truck)
  • Identify replenishment needs & report status and inventory concerns to Store and Company personnel
  • Maintain product signage, clean product space, secure damaged or defective product
  • Organize and consolidate backstock to maintain areas of responsibility clean and organized
  • Provide assistance to Consumers and Store personnel by locating products and responding to questions
  • Attend and complete Company training and certifications and follow Company and Store policies regarding work activities such as Replenishment, Equipment, and Safety
  • Utilize a mobile device to complete work activities and operate a motor vehicle

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, and provide personal vehicle for work activities
  • Must have a valid driver's license, and current vehicle liability insurance
  • 1-year experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of manual or powered pallet jacks and operating powered equipment (e.g. straddle stacker, powered pallet jack) preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching above the head, reaching the waist, reaching below the knees, and bending at the knees
  • Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand-truck) containing product loads a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
  • Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods to complete job activities
  • Ability to read the information in small, medium, and large print, and able to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday
  • Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday
