Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Job Description We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler responsible for the assembly of low and medium voltage electrical switchgear cabinets for the manufacture of products. The successful candidate will interpret assembly and elevation drawings, construct modular steel cabinets and copper buss assemblies, and use a combination of hand and power tools to ensure the highest quality in our products. This role is integral to our operations and requires a keen eye for detail, diligence, and commitment to quality. Hard Skills At least 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Assembler, Machine Builder, or Automotive Mechanic in a job shop environment Knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics Proficiency in using shop equipment and hand tools Ability to perform basic math functions including understanding fractions and decimals Fluency in reading, writing, and conversing in English Experience with blueprint Mechanical assembly skills Experience with hand and power tools Soft Skills Ability to interpret assembly and elevation drawings Attention to detail Commitment to quality Diligence Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
