Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of front desk agent experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and time management skills
  • Ability to work various shifts, including afternoons, nights, and weekends
  • Experience with OPERA Cloud and QUORE preferred
