YOUR ROLE


The Security Intelligence Operations CenterSIOCAnalystIIworks in a 24/7/365 Security Intelligence Operations Center supporting the development of tactical and strategic security and intelligence products to inform protection and risk mitigation efforts in support of CEVA assets, operations, and people.

ASIOC Analyst IImonitors regional events, supports assessments, and on acase-by-casebasis,briefssecurity leadership on theimpact or potential impact to personnel and/or operations. This role executes the various core functions of the SIOC to include, but not limitedto:incident recognition and escalation, information analysis, emergency response, product security, supply chain security, and physical security.

SIOC AnalystIIwillmonitorelectronic security capabilities and externalinformationsources toidentifypotential threats or risks affecting company employees, assets, and brand.ASIOC AnalystIIworks closely withtheir senior level SIOC Analyst and Security Manager.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Employadvanced software platforms tomonitor/reviewCCTV surveillance, access controls,high valuecorporate assets, and global incidents.
  • Support the CEVA TravelSecurityProgram throughmonitoring and response coordination for all CEVA NORTAM employees.
  • Promptly react to and manage alarms across CEVA locations.
  • Monitor on-locationguard forces.
  • Assistin deploying mass communication alerts for CEVAemployees in times of crises, critical incidents, anddevelopingthreats.
  • Providesupport during CEVAsecurity-related incidents andsupportrequests forassistancefrom CEVA employees.
  • Collaborate withthe CEVA security and intelligence personnelacrossthe enterprise.
  • Execute prescribed procedures, as directed by SIOC leadership, to effectively mitigate risks and threats.
  • Collaborate with the CEVA Security Intelligence Officer to produce and disseminate tactical intelligence reports.
  • Aid in the maintenance of records and information related to threat assessmentsandreportsmanagement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3to5years of pertinent work experiencein Emergency Management, Communications, and Information Technology.
  • Prior military or law enforcement preferred.
  • Proficientin currentsecuritytechnologies andanalyticmethodologies.
  • Effective communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written forms.
  • Ability tomaintaina professional demeanor in high-stress circumstances.
  • Adaptabilityto crisis ordynamic situations.
  • Superior communication skills enabling effective interaction at an executive level, both in written and oral forms.
  • Proven organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Availability for training events outside standard work hours.
  • Flexibility to work 8 to 12-hour shifts covering both daytime and nighttime periods.
  • Successful completion of background checks and referencesin accordance withcompany standards.
