Job Summary

Supports the development and timely execution of the annual Corporate Integrity data analytics plan. Oversees the analysis of all data used within the plan, including financial, compliance, operational, and clinical data in support of continuous monitoring and risk management efforts across the Corporate Compliance department to ensure timely product delivery to internal and external users. Establishes and maintains procedures for gathering, analyzing, and reporting results. Standardizes data management procedures, including ensuring the security of data used in projects.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as advanced data analysis techniques contact for Prisma Health Corporate Integrity, Compliance, Privacy, and Internal Audit functions.

  • Assists Corporate Integrity management in developing data analysis and risk models to support risk programs and activities, including annual risk assessment process.

  • Communicates issues identified during the course of developing and performing analytics to end users.

  • Manages completion of quarterly Office of Corporate Integrity activity reports for department leadership.

  • Participates in developing new data and trend analysis reports, including collating and analyzing data generated by other Prisma Health departments.

  • Monitors risk program performance data to determine program effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Serves as resource and consultant for risk management activities, performance management, and policy/procedure development.

  • Supports Prisma Health's federal disaster expense reimbursement projects.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education - Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field of study.

  • Experience - Three (3) years relevant database and analytics experience

In Lieu Of

  • In Lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, college course work beyond high school and five (5) years relevant database, programming, or data analytics software experience may be considered.

  • Ability to interact with Prisma Health leadership in a tactful and professional manner, using both written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to manage confidential information.

  • Basic computer skills with a proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Data entry skills

  • Mathematical skills

  • Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)

  • Experienced user of data analysis tools or languages, including ACL, Python, and Microsoft Power BI. - Preferred

  • Knowledge of COSO risk management framework - Preferred
