Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate new customer requirements into functional and product specifications.
• Communicate customer requirements internally for effective qualifications.
• Work with customers to ensure new business development meets qualifications.
• Address and understand customer quality complaints, communicating them internally.
• Ensure corrective actions taken internally are communicated effectively to customers.
• Qualify new products at customer locations.
• Proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Following documented procedures.
• Regular workspace cleaning and reporting unsafe conditions to management.

• Preferred: 4-year Packaging Engineering degree.
• 4+ years' experience in PET Packaging Engineering/Field Support within manufacturing.
• Experience developing packaging lines based on customer requirements.
• Ability to communicate with multiple internal and external partners for innovative solutions.
• Data-driven and process-oriented.
• Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
• Effective communication, coaching, and people skills.
• Strong computer skills.

• $80K - $95K DOE
