SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTASSISTANTJOB DESCRIPTION Deliver and report on speech therapy treatment for all clients Maintain accurate documentation of treatment within company timelines Utilize evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventions Ensure that clients and families receive the highest quality of care through a caring and compassionate approach to services Work with other health care professions, providing education and training as required Maintain client confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies and procedures Train new speech therapy team members on job post functions Maintain safety of clients and staff by following all cleaning policies and procedures Collaborate with the Quality Manager for clinical in-services and continuing education Perform other duties as delegated, required or requested Requirements SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTASSISTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be licensed as required in the state of Texas Maintain current licensure New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Maintain current CPR certification Strong collaboration skills and motivation to work with people at all levels Must be able to manage self by statistics and abide by conditions Candidates must be willing and eager to work with adult and pediatric populations.
