G&E Partners are working with the President of a fast expanding reputable Heavy Civil GC who are looking for a Experienced Foreman (Heavy Highway) for critical projects.

They are renowned for their commitment to career advancement, prioritizing internal promotions, and having a culture of employee well being and development. Their growth and presence in the market has made them a respected leader in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Heavy Civil, Bridge, Road, Asphalt, Paving, Pipe work.
  • Can productively handle a 6-10-person crew.
  • Directs and train crew in performing work.
  • Executing roadwork or structure work items.
  • Responsible for production/cost, quality, and safety pertaining to the work item being executed.
  • Can explain in detail the work to be accomplished and how to execute.
  • Demonstrate decision making skills.
  • Must have the ability to read and follow plans and DOT specifications.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of Foreman Experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry and key principles.
  • Outstanding oral and interpersonal skills.
