Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out floor care tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Safely and efficiently operate floor care equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of floor care activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in floor care is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and the HCSG leadership team to complete daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Able to work in proximity to food and cleaning products.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
