Responsibilities
- Utilize the proper tools to disassemble, assist in preparing, and to reassemble machinery as directed.
- Clean and lubricate parts and machinery as directed.
- Refinish and fabricate parts as needed.
- Report any dangerous conditions to the appropriate personnel immediately.
- Clean work areas.
- Obtain parts as needed.
- Repair safety items on Monthly Safety Inspection.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor.
- Valid NC Drivers License
- Prior electrical experience a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn electrical and other mechanical techniques.
- Forklift driving experience preferred, but not required.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
