We operate in an interdisciplinary model, offering a shared space for independent practitioners who are passionate about their work and seek a collaborative, team-oriented approach to care. As a provider within our practice, you will have access to a network of like-minded professionals and a well-equipped clinical environment, allowing you to focus on providing excellent patient care, while you manage the core administrative functions of your business.

Our Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and administrative staff are employees of Moving Mountains Therapy Center, and work closely with independent practitioners to foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist who values family-centered care, collaboration, and a multidisciplinary approach to therapy. This position offers the opportunity to operate as an independent business within our shared space model, allowing you to maintain autonomy while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-Centered Care: Collaborate with clients, families, medical providers, and community partners to deliver individualized physical therapy services.
  • Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Work alongside our employed Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and other specialists to offer holistic, coordinated care.
  • Flexible Treatment Environments: Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including client homes, schools, childcare centers, and community sites.
  • Assessments and Treatment Plans: Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their functional goals.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborative Marketing & Community Engagement: Participate in collaborative efforts to promote services and increase community awareness of the clinic's offerings.
  • Independent Administrative Management: Manage your own schedule, client caseload, and billing.
