POSITION SUMMARY

Will be trained to work in all areas of Blending/Pasteurization.
Typical Work Schedule: Varies based on departmental needs.

Compensation: $D.O.E. + Benefits, Target Annual Bonus and Paid Time Off

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Will be trained to work in all areas of Blending.
  • Learn all cleaning & operating procedures of the chopper operations.
  • Learn how to blend all batches assigned on what ingredients to blend and how to blend each batch. (Also adding oil to simply tankers & sampling tankers).
  • Learn how offload incoming tankers and learn how to CIP all transfer lines.
  • Learn all swing panels and where every port inlet & outlet location.
  • Learn how to fill out all paperwork (tanker off loading, blend cards, CIP charts, etc.).
  • Level 2-3 Operators learn the pasteurizer, tank management, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have extreme accuracy and focus.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Clear communication is extremely important: proficiency in the English language.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Physical demands: While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to stand for full shift; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work environment: Non A/C work area, the noise level is usually moderate.
