Title: Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant
Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Hybrid: 1 Day Onsite)

Description:
The Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant will provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules, focusing on Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Reporting. This role involves analyzing and configuring enhancements, implementing solutions, and offering day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM environments. The consultant will work closely with IT domains, business units, and Oracle development teams to ensure seamless functionality and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities:
System Support and Optimization:
Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules in North America and EMEA.
Analyze, design, configure, and test enhancements to support business processes.
Ensure the Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM platform is leveraged effectively, continuously improving system usage.

Project Management:
Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM projects, including configuration, implementation, testing, and user training.
Produce detailed system requirement specifications, test plans, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with technology directions, security policies, and change management protocols.

Collaboration and Liaison:
Liaise across IT domains, including infrastructure, database, and security teams, to deliver Oracle EPM functionality.
Collaborate with Oracle development teams to create and validate user interfaces and requirements.

Support and Training:
Provide day-to-day system support, including periodic patches, reporting, and ad-hoc business requests.
Offer technical support and conduct user training sessions.
Manage late-night production support and weekend implementation tasks as required.

Required Skills:
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules and concepts.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
Ability to describe end-to-end business processes, integration points, and cross-functional challenges.
Strong analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Desired Skills:
Project management skills, including experience with MS Project.

Compensation:
Pay range:$73.5-$105/hour
