Description Associate Pharmacy Technician, St Patrick Hospital-Broadway Bldg-Missoula MT The Acute Care Pharmacy Tech I performs duties relating to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to the nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt accurate manner. Fill/dispense oral and IV medications, triaging patient orders and maintaining the integrity of the automated dispensing system. Shift Details: Part time, 0.5 FTE, 20 hours per week, Variable Shift Required qualifications: H.S. Diploma or GED Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician License Or Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician Temporary Practice Permit Or Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy Technician Provisional License Preferred qualifications: Coursework/Training and Pharmacy technician program (may be required in some states for technicians)Inpatient experience Previous experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHR) Why Join Providence?
